We are looking for Romanian speaking Partner Business Manager.
Responsibilities
Managing assigned authorized partners(resellers) via phone to detect potential business
opportunities, value propositions on products& solutions
Communicating country specific and regional promotions to partners and executing campaign follow
up
Supporting partners on their business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account
manager
Managing lead pipeline, forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts
Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis
Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects
Attending business trips when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business studies, Communication, Engineering etc.
Interest and passion for IT HW or SW technology and Sales
Fluent level of English and native Romanian speaker
Previous experience and knowledge in IT and sales experience
Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners)
Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
Commitment, drive and achievement orientation
Proficiency in MS office
A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills
