Our customer is providing outsourced indirect sales services to major IT Vendors in the world and looking for Polish speaking candidates.
Responsibilities
- Managing assigned authorized partners(resellers) via phone to detect potential business opportunities, value propositions on products & solutions
- Communicating country specific and regional promotions to partners and executing campaign follow up
- Supporting partners on their business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account manager
- Managing lead pipeline, forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts
- Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
- Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis
- Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects
- Attending business trips when necessary
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Ability to set daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements
- Languages: at least upper-intermediate level of English and native or fluent speaker of Polish language
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Communication, Engineering etc.
- Interest and passion for IT HW or SW Technology and Sales
- Fluent level of English and required native local language
- Previous experience in IT environment and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners)
- Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
- Commitment, drive and achievement orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain/present them to prospects
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
