Our customer is providing outsourced indirect sales services to major IT Vendors in the world and looking for Polish speaking candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned authorized partners(resellers) via phone to detect potential business opportunities, value propositions on products & solutions
  • Communicating country specific and regional promotions to partners and executing campaign follow up
  • Supporting partners on their business development and tracking ongoing projects as an account manager
  • Managing lead pipeline, forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts
  • Generating up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis
  • Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects
  • Attending business trips when necessary
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Ability to set daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets to Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements

  • Languages: at least upper-intermediate level of English and native or fluent speaker of Polish language
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Studies, Communication, Engineering etc.
  • Interest and passion for IT HW or SW Technology and Sales
  • Fluent level of English and required native local language
  • Previous experience in IT environment and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners)
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Commitment, drive and achievement orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A good mixture of structured analysis, problem identification, solving and persuasion skills
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain/present them to prospects
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
