Job Description
  • Drives license renewals for Citrix Subscription Advantage (SA), Software Maintenance, Appliance Maintenance and Hardware Warranty and Support within a list of accounts belonging to a territory or area (depending on scale of region) or aligned to a named account list
  • Align and/or involve Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM)/Corporate Account Manager (CAM)/System Intergrator Account Manager (SI) to close renewals for large accounts and/or directly closes renewals for (small) accounts
  • Engages customer with outbound calls/emails to promote offers, and follows up to close deals
Business Objective
  • Support consistent revenue generation and customer usage of Citrix products by driving renewals and share of wallet growth in existing accounts
Primary Activities & Responsibilities
  • Reaching out to existing customers up for license renewals by generating and analyzing license reports
  • Providing routine support for the upper Mid-Market Customers renewals (e.g., troubleshooting license activation issues) and resolving lower scope problems
  • Supporting account strategy for an assigned list of accounts:
    • Capturing additional insight on business and technology needs
    • Prospecting for cross-sell and up-sell product and service opportunities
    • Gathering competitive information (e.g., offerings/locations served by competitor)
  • Promoting value proposition to customer of upgrades, maintenance, and services/consulting to maximize return on Citrix products and solutions
  • Managing and tracking all sales stages of the renewal opportunities
  • Closing and supporting deal close for the upper Mid-Market accounts
Capabilities
  • Ability to foster relationships quickly and remotely and to develop and create alignment with sales team members as needed to close sales Familiarity with telesales techniques and farming accounts remotely
  • Must have an effective and professional demeanor in conducting telephone sales with executive level customers
  • Ability to vet leads and uncover opportunity
  • Ability to leverage channel partners, ERMs, CAMs, SIs to close deals
  • Knowledge of customer buying process and recognition of new opportunities that leads to closed deals
  • Understanding of the basic IT problems that Citrix products solve
  • Understanding of business and technology for Citrix renewal products that enables values selling
  • Proven ability to close a high volume of small deals quickly
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Previous experience of indirect Sales preferred
  • Previously worked in a high-tech environment is highly desirable
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written
  • Team-oriented
  • Knowledge of Citrix products and services preferable
  • Fluency in English and native Greek
