For a growing international transportation company operating in 14 countries we are looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative who can support the company’s customers and ensure their full satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Communicating with key customers and reporting on progress
  • Providing information on the status of delivery to the customer
  • Cooperating with customers and resolving transportation issues
  • Updating JIT requests from customers on the portal
  • Communicating with the company’s planning departments in Turkey, Hungary, and Czech Republic

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is a must, experience in transport sector an advantage
  • Ability to follow up issues until their final resolution
  • Fluency in Czech and English, other languages an advantage
  • Customer oriented
  • Practical, problem-solving attitude
  • High level of communication skills
