As this position is new, we are providing contract for 4 months, with a high possibility for extension. This position is great opportunity for students in their senior year or candidates with experience is customer care and sale support.

Candidate requirement:
  • Proven experience in a customer facing sales or telesales/telemarketing role /customer service
  • Strong knowledge and experience of marketing demand and lead generation
  • Working knowledge of computer programs including the Microsoft Office suite and CRM
    software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen interest in developing as a marketing professional
  • High energy and enthusiasm combined with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of IT environment
Role objectives:
  • Identifying, nurturing and developing existing leads
  • Advising sales on the process of managing, working and converting leads
  • Qualifying and converting leads into opportunities for sales following events and/or
    marketing activities
  • Profiling leads to support new opportunities for sales
  • Generating new leads via outbound social selling programs (e.g. email) and inbound
    marketing response forms
