Yeye People is looking for a recruiter with 1 year of experience or a talented graduate who can demonstrate recruiting skills. This is an opportunity to build and develop a career in recruitment, and specialize in recruiting language speakers for global IT companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for finding and communicating with the best candidates in the areas of sales & support for our customers, serving major global brands. The candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with our customers in the area of recruitment.

Responsibilities :
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who are currently employed.
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting to the client.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Conducting interviews with applicants, and preparing a CV with summary for our clients.
- Organizing interviews with the target company for chosen candidates and informing candidates about the results.
- Managing customer relations with Yeye People clients, identifying needs and opportunities and initiating sales processes.
Requirements :
- One year of work experience in a similar position. Talented graduates who can demonstrate recruitment skills may also be considered.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize and take initiative.
- Communication and negotiation skills. Sales or account management experience an advantage.
- English at C1 level or higher. Other languages a major advantage.
Compensation :
- Part time position which may evolve into full time.

- Quarterly and yearly bonuses (success based).
