Role: Sales Director for Turkey

Job responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Contact and generate interest from prospects attained through telemarketing campaigns.
Find customers, approach them with localized USPs.
Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company.
Be the “Friendly First Face” of Bileto shown to any client unfamiliar with our company and the solutions we provide.
Create and maintain relationship (prospects, customers, partners, local stakeholders).
Coordinate creation and localization of proud offers, cooperation contracts, info-memos, pitch decks.
Cooperate closely with Product and Delivery team.
Strategy Creation/Implementation.
Coordinate creation and localization of product offers, cooperation.

Required skills:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal (English & Turkish is must).
1-3 years experience in international environment, especially in sales role – strongly desired.
Transport Industry knowledge.
Excellent organization skills.
External customer focus.
Critical Thinking/Problem solving.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
Independent thinker and problem solver.
Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of the sales cycle.
Job Locations:
Base in Turkey with frequent travels to Prague.
