For a growing international transportation company operating in 14 countries we are looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative who can support the company’s customers and ensure their full satisfaction.
Job Description
- Communicating with key customers and reporting on progress
- Providing information on the status of delivery to the customer
- Cooperating with customers and resolving transportation issues
- Updating JIT requests from customers on the portal
- Communicating with the company’s planning departments in Turkey, Hungary, and Czech Republic
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service is a must, experience in transport sector an advantage
- Ability to follow up issues until their final resolution
- Fluency in Czech and English, other languages an advantage
- Customer oriented
- Practical, problem-solving attitude
- High level of communication skills
