We are looking for Hungarian speaking Inside Sales Representative CEP for a market leader IT vendors.

  • Managing provided set list of CEP sector end users via phone to source potential business opportunities in computing/printing space; recruiting and nurturing end users in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel
  • Using an assigned set of accounts with closed IT budgets to assure the customers spend all their budgets to 100% (cross- and up-selling)
  • Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary
  • Communicating client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer calls regarding, customer inquiries and requests
  • Communicating commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
  • Forecasting business and develop strong relationship with existing accounts
  • Administrating CRM tools, virtual portals and sharepoints on daily basis
  • Collaborating with country field managers and engaging resources to finalize sales projects
  • Attending business trips when necessary
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business studies, Communication, Engineering
  • Interest and passion for IT HW or SW technology and Sales
  • Fluent level of English and native Hungarian speaker
  • Previous experience in IT environment and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • IT knowledge and cold calling experience is a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (phone manners)
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
